Chrissy Garcia's Biography
Chrissy is the premier in training for Figure, Fitness, and Bodybuilders. Chrissy's competition history includes both bodybuilding and figure, but her greatest success has come with earning her IFBB Pro card as a Figure athlete at the 2004 Figure Nationals (Team Universe). Chrissy has also had the opportunity to be mentored by pro bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler. With the guidance of Flex, Chrissy has become an expert in contest preparation, training, diet, color, suit selection, posing, and stage presence for bodybuilders and figure athletes. Chrissy has been conducting pre-contest prep for over 3 years. She has competed in 9 IFBB pro figure shows and she just recently took a sabbatical from competing to solely focus all her time and attention on her clients.
In January of 2006 Chrissy, her husband, and their good friend, FLEX WHEELER, merged Team Flex Wheeler and Chrissy's FitForce and formed TFW Worldwide, LLC. Chrissy serves as TFW Worldwide's Director of Training and Seminars, and also oversees all graphic designs for TFW's banners, posters, and apparel. Chrissy is currently planning all of TFW's seminars and workshops with topics ranging from bodybuilding/figure contest preparation, weight loss, athletic performance, and more.
TeamFlexWheeler is geared towards ALL competitors male and female who are planning on competing at all levels in the sport of bodybuilding all over the world. Chrissy and Flex's regimens are personalized and very meticulous. They do not use "cookie cutter" diet plans or workouts. Due to Flex's busy schedule he has betrothed his training ethics and theory to Chrissy. Chrissy is fully competent to train not only Figure competitors, but male bodybuilders as well. When choosing a trainer/coach why would you go anywhere else?
So, before you do choose to go elsewhere ask yourself:
- "What has my soon-to-be trainer/coach accomplished in this sport?"
- "What titles do they hold, are they a pro, do they look like what I want to look like?
- "What credentials is my trainer/coach working under?"
Greg Nagaye, MS, CHEK, is their nutritionist and master trainer. Greg conducts a very thorough primary assessment. Once this assessment is completed, the training period begins. Depending on the initial assessment, will depend on how your training is conducted. Everyone will go through a Corrective Exercise regimen. The corrective exercise will correct all or any muscular weaknesses, create and stabilize your core, and prepare you for bodybuilding workouts.
So, with that little bit of knowledge, ask yourself again: "Why should I go anywhere else?"
