As most of you know, I have retired from competing. I am now attempting in completing my newest goal, and this is to start a family. I have an wonderful husband and a beautiful step-daughter who have won me over. We would however like to add one more to the bunch. In the meantime, I am now focusing in helping YOU. I am now offering the following programs:

-12 week body transformation
-12 - 16 week precontest prep

For all those that sign up, you will be receiving not only the best packages designed by Flex Wheeler and myself, but you will be able to meet and train with Flex Wheeler, myself, and our Master Trainer Greg Nagaye for a day.
